Returns & Shipping
You can fill out the form, return your items and we will process your return within 2 business days of the receipt of your items.

*This form pertains to customer orders only, if you are a Stylist please reach out to email@example.com.
All items purchased on sale are non-returnable unless they are damaged.
We will only accept returns on items purchased from the Piphany Retail Carousel. We will not accept returns on items purchased from a third party.
You may return products within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Products returned after 14 days will be returned back to sender.
Please include your original packing slip with the items being returned.
Pack your items securely. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please keep the return tracking information for your records.
Piphany is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Please write CUSTOMER RETURN on the outside of your box.
Items can be returned for Piphany Credit. You will be emailed a coupon credit code within 2 business days of Piphany receiving your return.
